Implementing a project of the local wastewater treatment facilities at the poultry farm operated by Chelny-Broiler LLC on a turnkey basis

Summary

The results of pre-commissioning activities at the newly built wastewater treatment facilities of the poultry farm Chelny-Broiler LLC are presented. Calculations of the biological wastewater treatment facilities of the poultry farm were performed using three mathematical simulation software applications: Activated Sludge Expert, Ecosim (developed by May Project JSC), GPS-X. Control of the process equipment of the local treatment facilities is provided by touch screens using a software and hardware suite developed by May Project JSC. It is shown that the use of nitri-denitrification technology at the treatment facilities of the poultry farm according to the modified three-stage scheme of the University of Ghent (MUG) provides for the effluent quality meeting the standards for the main chemical indicators.
