Chrome containing wastewater treatment with a chemical produced from grinding wastes

Summary

Process designs of diluted and concentrated chrome containing wastewater treatment on the principle of resource recovery are suggested. A new type reducing agent produced from grinding sludge of metalworking production was developed. The process of hexavalent chrome ion recovering with grinding wastes was investigated. The values of wastewater reducing capacity of some chemical production plants are presented. The technique of express assessment of chemical sludge and slurry reducing properties was developed.
